If I could give 10 *’s I would. The guys at Courtwood are simply amazing. I stumbled upon them after a frantic google search after what can only be described as ridiculously terrible luck with my own car and being ripped off by other garages in the area. From the moment I arrived there I was treated with the upmost kindness and professionalism, always kept in the loop about what was going on and honest and realistic quotes on how much it was going to be to fix my car, and whether it was worth fixing. My car turned out to be a write-off but they went above and beyond what any garage would do and offered to sort me out with a new car, complete with MOT, service, warranty and fixing up any issues and even valeting it before handing it over! All while not blowing my non existent budget! I would recommend these guys to anyone, they really helped me out of a very sticky situation and completely restored the faith there are still good, honest people in this world. They definitely have gained a lifelong customer in me. 🙂

I recently bought a car from Courtwood. I knew I could trust them to buy from as they have been looking after my cars for over 10 years. The car came with a year’s MOT, 6 month labour and parts free warranty. The after sales support has been great as they have helped me with a couple of queries, such as the tyre pressure warning light, as I get used to the new car. I went here to check out and test drive a Vauxhall Astra. The car was exactly as described and i was given every single detail about the car i could think of. Took it for a test drive and the mechanics who worked on it couldnt have done a better job. It ran extremely smooth and about half way during the drive i realised i am buying this car. The Staff here are just Fantastic as they are Honest Trustworthy and Likeable. Next time i need a buy a car or repair one this is my first and only stop and would highly suggest it for anyone reading my review. Keep up the outstanding work guys i am a very very happy chappie with my purchase of a comfy fine tuned and frankly very good priced car!!!
